That’s where you land on the FREE ZOEY artist site. PROGRAM, the independent hip-hop single released on , anchors a pirate broadcast from a fictional Seattle after the end. Hit play and you can stay for a round in the city while the music runs.

On the single’s artwork, a hooded figure sits amid a wall of screens, with PROGRAM glowing red. For the artist site, I imagined that signal getting out of the room. It finds a crooked antenna, a cracked receiver and a city that looks like it’s been running on emergency power for years. The FREE ZOEY sign is still lit.
How to play the PROGRAM browser game while you listen
Open the receiver in Seattle and choose Play PROGRAM preview before taking your first shot. The CRT also lets you tune in to the FREE ZOEY YouTube playlist. For a run with the full single, open PROGRAM on Spotify or Apple Music in a new tab. Start the song there and switch back to the game.
Click or tap an enemy to fire. On a keyboard, focus the game, use the arrow keys to aim, and press Enter or Space to shoot. Hold Shift to fine-tune your aim. Headshots pay more, and your first upgrade, Double Burst, unlocks at 500 points.
The street gives you zombies to warm up on and a Kong encounter with the Space Needle for scale. Reach 2,200 points and the Sniper can open a second part of the city. The windows lead to rooms you can fight through, with medkits worth looking for. Keep an eye on your health and see where your run lands on the leaderboard.
From the single to the artist’s portfolio
The new FREE ZOEY portfolio entry puts the artist, the release and the work behind them in one place. I manage FREE ZOEY and handle creative direction, socials and PR. I create the animation, videos, writing and cover art, and manage photoshoots and production. On this project, those jobs come together in the way a sleeve, a music video and a game’s opening screen can share a visual language.
